Pearl River & Tappan Zee Girls get pre-season rankings

A day after two Orangetown Boys programs were given Overall Top 10 pre-season rankings by The Journal News, two Orangetown Girls programs received the same honor. Pearl River was selected as #7 overall and the #2 seed in Class A, while Tappan Zee was placed at #9 overall, and #4 in Class A. The Town's depth doesn't end there though, as the Albertus Magnus Girls were given the #3 ranking in Class B.

Tappan Zee will kick off their season on Sept. 3, 12noon at Home against Byram Hills HS, while Pearl River opens their season on Sept. 6, 4:30pm at home against John Jay Cross River HS and Albertus Magnus begins their campaign on Sept. 10, 6:30pm Away to Our Lady of Lourdes HS.
